Awesome product. It's a small piece of equipment which makes it perfect whether you train at your home or go to a gym. It doesn't take up a lot of space and is never in the way. It's light and easy to carry in a gym bag so you can bring it to the gym with you. The best part of all is it does what it is suppose to and does it well. I missed doing landmine presses and t bar rows training at home but not any more now that I have a Gut Wrench. Highly recommend for anyone whether you train at a gym or at home.
Ordered a gut wrench 4 weeks ago and forgot that I ordered it. I literally ordered another one on the day the first order arrives. I sent an email to the company and they respond in less than 12 hours, promising to take care of things and they did. Fantastic customer service. I am looking forward to using the product.
This thing is fantastic. Lightweight fits any barbell. Just slide it on, tighten down the bolt, and you’re ready to go. You’d think it would move around a bunch, especially with rotational exercises, but it doesn’t. For landmine exercises, we used to just stick the end of a barbell slightly inside a plate. It works okay, but it slips out easily. Now that we have the gut-wrench, you can easily transition between different movements, and everything stays secure.
Landmine exercises frequently appear in my programming. For a long time I’ve been waiting for a solution to enable my clients to access the benefits of Landmine training without the need for bulky and hard-to-move equipment. Then the Guy Wrench cane along!! In my opinion the “sliced bread” of the fitness industry.
Great addition to the gym. Free to attach to the barbell and use anywhere there is space in the studio. With limited space in a studio it’s not always convenient to have someone using the landmine attached to the rack. The Gut Wrench allows us to landmine any exercise and be out of the way of someone who wants to use the rack. Highly recommend!!!
I love this device - has been super useful for me as a PT both in my private studio and the busy commercial gym where I work. Does most exercises better than an actual landmine does, particularly presses, Meadows rows and front squats. I like it how you can set it up anywhere which allows for versatile superset combinations when placed next to a bench, squat rack or machine. A great investment both for coaches and fitness enthusiasts. 10 ot of 10!
