Started off great then stopped charging. You go the company website, bring someone that can translate Chinese. I would not buy this product. just lost 300 on a poor product. I cannot get a response from them. Do not buy

As usual Roborock is at the top, it is the third purchase in the family, a first S6 MaxV for parents, then a S7 for the brother and a Q7 Max + with the emptying station for me, not disappointed with the brand, I highly recommend Roborock.

It took almost 2 weeks to arrive, there were problems with shipping and from the store they didn't help me much. Otherwise it's great. Must if you have pets
